- Then meditation is for you.
In this course you’ll learn about the health benefits of meditation and the significance of breath in meditation and daily life. Relaxation exercises, breath awareness, and the practice of mindfulness will be taught as a preparation for meditation. If your body isn’t able to sit cross-legged on the floor, don’t worry! One can meditate while seated in a chair, too!
All are welcome: beginners, experienced meditators, and those who need help with their current practice.
