Leaf raking and Chili Party
Sunday, November 21, 2010, 11:30 A.M., Meeting House
Come join us after the service for our annual leaf raking and chili party. Our beautiful trees will have dropped their leaves and it will be time to do some raking and add to the compost piles. Bring your favorite rake and join us after the service. There will be lots of fun and hot chili on a cool Sunday afternoon. It’s always a great time for the entire family. UUI Photography Club
second Monday of each month, 7p.m., Cottage Library
Each month there is an assignment the members choose, to be loosely interpreted in a creative way. Usually each month there is also a photograph that a member will e-mail to be altered or improved upon. Meetings are casual and good-humored; critiques are gentle. Members range from professional to novices. Many issues pertaining to the use of the camera, printing, composition, etc., are discussed. UUI Drum Circle,
3^rd Sunday each month (subject to change) 12p.m., Sanctuary
Everyone is welcome to our drum circle. No experience needed, we have fun sharing each other’s styles. We use real and recycled percussion to build community and learn various rhythmic sounds.
