Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis

This team consists of seven work groups that maintain buildings and grounds:

1. Facilities Oversight manages all related work, funds, and records; takes trouble calls; and communicates to board and program teams.
2. Custodial Interior cleans and performs light maintenance on the interior of buildings.
3. Custodial Exterior cleans and performs light maintenance on the exterior of the buildings and grounds.
4. Facilities Logistics supports the needs of the church groups with supplies and manages the storage and disposal of those items.
5. Care and Maintenance Interior maintains the electrical, mechanical, heating and cooling, plumbing on the interior of the buildings.
6. Care and Maintenance Exterior maintains buildings (structural), parking lots, signage, and lighting.
7. Garden cares for plants and landscaping inside of buildings and on the grounds.
