Planning a Meeting or Event? We’ve Upgraded Our Forms!

With so much happening around our church campus, we want to make sure your meetings and celebrations go off without a hitch! To help us keep our busy calendar organized, we’ve launched two brand-new online forms:

Church Meetings, Events & Zoom: Need to reserve a room on campus or request a church Zoom link? Use the UUI Calendar and Zoom Reservation Request Form to get your reservation locked in.
Personal Celebrations & Rentals: Planning a private party, baby shower, or special family event? You can now submit your space requests directly via our UUI Rental Inquiry Form.

Members and non-members are welcome to rent various spaces on the campus of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Indianapolis. The UUI campus consists of the Sanctuary, Social hall, Kitchen, the Cottage, the RE Building and the Commons.

UUI members receive one free rental per year.
Non-members and members are required to pay a $100 damage deposit is required for all rentals and can be refunded after a damage-free event.

The Social Hall and Sanctuary are ADA-compliant spaces located within the same building, with a maximum capacity of 250 people each. The Sanctuary seats 180–200 people in chairs, while the Social Hall can accommodate up to 250 guests at tables.

The Commons & Kids Nook

The Commons Building features a welcoming gathering space with a children's nook, kitchen, and playground, accommodating approximately 80–100 people. Renters are responsible for providing their own table linens, tableware, and disposable items. To receive a deposit refund, all rooms must be cleaned and returned to their original setup at the conclusion of the event.

The cottage has 2 rooms. The Chalice Room is a small semi-private meeting space with a table that comfortably seats 8–10 people, with a maximum capacity of 15. The Cottage Library is a private gathering space furnished with sofas and comfortable seating, accommodating 15–20 people. It provides a cozy setting for small meetings, discussions, or social gatherings.

The Labyrinth is an enchanting outdoor venue, ideal for weddings, celebrations, and special events. Surrounded by natural beauty, it provides a unique and memorable setting for gatherings of all kinds.
